Chocolate Pancake Special

Main Ingredients Pancake Recipe :

1. Like other cakes, the main ingredients needed are wheat flour which has a moderate protein content of approximately 200 grams only. Do not forget the flour should be sifted first so the dough will soft and tender results become.
2. Good quality Margarine is approximately 30 grams only. Heat and melt margarine until liquid before use.
3. Baking powder is approximately 0.5 tablespoons.
4. Large medium size chicken eggs about 2 of my grains. Beat off somewhere else before mixing with other dough ingredients.
5. Salt approximately as much as 1/2 small spoon.
6.Liquid milk is about 1/4 liter only. 
7.Sugar powder or white fine approximately only 1.5 tablespoons 

Ingredients for Simple Chocolate Pancake Syrup :
1. Chocolate powder good quality approximately as much as 10 grams only.
2. Chocolate cooked rod or a solid about 50 grams only. 
3. Maize flour so the sauce is thicker approximately as much as 1/2 tablespoons. Dissolve with clean water as much as 1/2 small spoon and stir until mixed and dissolved. 
4. Liquid milk approximately 150 ml only. 
5. Put salt according to your taste
6. Sugar  according to your taste and approximately as much as 35 grams to 50 grams only.


How To Make Chocolate Pancake Easy And Fast :
The first step we make pancake dough first.
1. Take one container and put the previously sifted wheat flour, baking powder, refined sugar and insert the salt of the kitchen and shake and mixer all the ingredients until flattened and set aside.
2. Take one small container and put the pre-prepared liquid milk and eggs that have been whipped off. Stir the two ingredients until well blended.
3. Insert the egg mixture into the first dough mixer bit by bit until it runs out while stirring to mix well.
4. Add the liquid margarine little by little while stirring well until it runs out and all the ingredients are well blended.
5. Take a sticky small skillet or special pancake mold and heat it with medium heat. Can be smeared with little margarine or not.
6. After the heat, take the dough one spoon or sufficiently and pour over the frying pan or pancake mold.
7. After a little ripe flip the dough and lift after ripe and slightly brownish color. Repeat until all the dough runs out.


The second step we make chocolate pancake sauce.
1. Take a small saucepan and enter liquid milk, iodized salt kitchen, granulated sugar and cocoa powder. Cook while stirring until boiling.
2. Pour the prepared cornstarch before stirring again until boiling or explode then turn off the stove.
3.Immediately enter the dark chocolate and stir again until well mixed and brown mixed with other pancake sauce ingredients.
